                                         Scheduling Policy for New Clients
Starting therapy can feel like a big commitment! We want to make the set-up process simple, clear, and respectful of everyone’s time.  Before beginning therapy, all clinicians at Clarity Therapy require basic intake documents to help them understand your goals and to ensure a smooth start and a specific scheduled start date. 

Appointments are not confirmed until:
1)Intake paperwork is completed and submitted.
2)A specific day/time for consistent meetings is confirmed in writing by our office and scheduled in SimplePractice. Clients will receive a login to SimplePractice and can view/confirm scheduled appointments through their portal ongoing.

Walk-in appointments will not be accepted. If scheduling availability is inconsistent, or responses are delayed for more than 7 days, we may close the request and invite you to reconnect when your schedule allows for more consistency.
