Scheduling Policy for New Clients
To ensure timely and effective care, we require that new clients provide consistent weekly time for scheduling their intake and ongoing appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until: 1) Intake paperwork is completed and submitted, 2) A specific day/time for consistent meeting is confirmed in writing by our office and scheduled in Simple Practice. Client's will receive a login to Simple Practice and can confirm scheduled appointments through their portal login.
Walk-in appointments will not be accepted. If availability is inconsistent or responses are delayed more than 7 days, we may close the request and invite you to reconnect when your schedule allows for more consistency. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you begin care when the time is right.
Our Goal We understand that schedules can be unpredictable, and we do our best to accommodate. However, maintaining consistent availability during the intake process is necessary to ensure that care begins smoothly and respectfully for both client and provider.
