About Clarity Therapy & Consulting
Clarity Therapy & Consulting is a relationship-centered private practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our clinicians provide relational, systemic, trauma-informed, and experiential therapy, helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives.
We believe therapy is most impactful when clients experience a safe, collaborative relationship that supports lasting change beyond the therapy room. We seek to support clients in experiencing change individually and increasing connection in their relationships, recognizing that healing often occurs not only individually, but through the relational systems that shape our lives.
Our Practice Model
Clarity Therapy & Consulting is a practice management organization supporting independent clinicians in private practice. Clinicians operate as 1099 independent contractors while maintaining clinical autonomy. Our administrative team manages the business aspects of practice so clinicians can focus on providing quality care.
Practice management services include:
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking licensed clinicians who value thoughtful, ethical, relationship-centered psychotherapy and enjoy working collaboratively while maintaining an independent practice. Clinicians with experience working from a relational and systemic perspective with individuals, couples, families, and children are encouraged to apply as well as clinicians trained in EMDR.
At Clarity Therapy & Consulting, we are committed to serving a diverse range of clients, including non-traditional couples and families, LGBTQ+ individuals and families, children who have experienced trauma, and many other populations.
As a practice management organization, Clarity Therapy & Consulting offers a unique model where independent clinicians are connected to a collaborative professional community while receiving administrative support to build and expand the private practice they envision.
We welcome clinicians from a variety of clinical orientations and specialty areas whose work complements the mission of our practice. Clinicians seeking a fully virtual practice will be considered if they are transitioning an established part-time client caseload to Clarity Therapy & Consulting.
We also welcome clinicians entering the field with a Marriage and Family Therapy concentration who are seeking high-quality supervision aligned with AAMFT standards. As a relationship-centered practice, Clarity Therapy & Consulting provides an excellent environment for new clinicians to develop their clinical skills while receiving mentorship, consultation, and support as they build a sustainable and meaningful career.
Compensation
All 1099 independent contractors are compensated through a fee-split model. Fee splits are determined based on factors including licensure level, supervision needs, practice management services utilized, office and amenity needs, and the clinician's scope of practice and caseload. Split agreements range from 65% - 75%. Clinicians are welcome to receive supervision for MFTs as well as consultation for EMDR as part of their amenities within the practice management model.
Qualifications
If you're looking for the flexibility and autonomy of independent private practice with the support of an established practice management team, we'd love to hear from you.
